Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at vegipies@gmail.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at vegipies@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift-giver, who will be notified of your return.

To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

For items valued at over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
